We're Hiring: Install Coordinator in Austin, TX!

Position Summary: As an Install Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to our Installation & Service teams.
  • Manage customer communication and scheduling.
  • Coordinate material orders and maintain project records.
  • Act as a liaison to our Business Support Manager for local office administration and daily operations.
  • Assist with warehouse duties and general administrative tasks.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Strong administrative background (industry knowledge preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in dispatching and scheduling.
