OptimumLife, LLC was established on one simple principle – bring lifesaving skills to the community through professional training, demonstration, and student teach-back.

We bring a full complement of First Aid services, Bloodborne & Airborne Pathogen, & BLS certification classes to your place of business. Servicing the North, Central, and South Texas area, our mobile suites allow employees to attend training and return to their office that very same day.

As a Member of the National Safety Council, our classes are updated to meet ALL OSHA First Aid Standard 29 CFP 1910.151 Guidelines.

Our partnership does not end in the classroom, with our OptimumLife Partner Return program we return to the workplace 3 months after completing a
First Aid|CPR|AED class for a 2-hour refresher training on 7 class lessons. This class is intended to build “muscle memory”, reduce mistakes when rendering aid, and keeps employees up-to-date on the latest skills. This fresher training is FREE of CHARGE.

Not all First Aid|CPR|AED classes are the same often ending sessions in half the time of what a true course is designed to teach. Many don’t offer the comprehensive training needed to meet your expectations. OptimumLife brings hands-in training and devotes the time to ensure you leave with confidence you are ready to help in an emergency.
