After 36 years as an elected Judge in Travis County I retired in 2010 and now serve as a Visiting Judge filling in for judges who are on vacation or out for any other reason. I still perform weddings in English and Spanish. I was the first bilingual, bicultural judge elected in Travis County (Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 in 1974).
