The Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend our Annual Members’ Meeting and Installation Luncheon on Friday, January 25, 2019.
At the Annual Members’ Meeting, the GAHCC will provide an overview of its 2018 accomplishments and will elect its 2019 Board of Directors.
As the GAHCC bylaws state, all members in attendance will, “be informed by the Board of the status of the GAHCC” and “members of the GAHCC shall meet annually for the purpose of electing Directors”.
During the meeting, the Board of Directors will bring forward their recommendations, after which, the floor will open for nominations. GAHCC members in attendance will then vote to ratify the newly elected 2019 Board of Directors. According to the bylaws, members must be in “good standing” in order to vote. To be a member in good standing, you must have been a paid member by December 25, 2018, one month prior to the Annual Members’ Meeting.
Every year, the GAHCC looks forward to its Annual Members' Meeting. It is our sincere hope that all of our members will be present to participate in the voting process. Please note, registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the program beginning at 11:30 a.m.
