Panelistas:

  • Yisel Guerrero, Fundadora y CEO de Yisel Jewelry Wholesale
  • Guadalupe Barragan, Fundador y Public Relations Officer, Casa Chapala
  • Maria Dominguez, Fundadora y Directora de Cielito Lindo Spanish Inmersion Preschool

Moderador: Cesar Villarreal, VP Resolut RE

One of the main challenges small businesses face is knowing how to prepare to rent a space for their businesses.

Small businesses are regularly the most vulnerable group in the industry, because they negotiate without legal representation, pay higher rents per square feet, receive less concessions from the landlord and are unaware of their rights and key aspects of a lease agreement.

To dive deeper in this topic, we will have a panel discussion with Latino and Latina entrepreneurs in Austin, who will share lessons learned when renting their commercial spaces and offer valuable insights to entrepreneurs that are in the process of finding a location for their business.

Panelists:

  • Yisel Guerrero, Founder & CEO, Yisel Jewelry Wholesale
  • Guadalupe Barragan, Founder & Public Relations Officer, Casa Chapala
  • Maria Dominguez, Founder & Director, Cielito Lindo Spanish Inmersion Preschool

Modetator: Cesar Villarreal, VP Resolut RE

This event will have a simultaneous translation into English, for those who require it.
