Jordan, our founder and current CEO, struck out on her own to start the company after more than ten years in the recruiting field. Other branches in Austin, Houston and San Antonio followed, making L. K. Jordan & Associates one of the most respected women- and family-owned staffing and recruiting firms in Texas.
Leslie Jordan joined the firm in 1999, serving as vice president until she was named president in 2017. With an education in business management and entrepreneurship, her leadership is taking the company to new heights. A cutting-edge vendor management service now gives L. K.
