Myo Stretch is actively recruiting professionals who are passionate about working in the fitness and wellness industry, driven by continuous learning and development, and excited about helping people. We are seeking individuals who want to be the very best in the industry by defining the standard.
The MYO STRETCH method is a guided method of personalized stretching.
You will learn our unique, a method which is based on a series of movements targeting individual muscles within a specific grouping. These movements are designed to increase flexibility and improve range of motion while expanding myofascial pathways for great oxygenation and circulation. Our therapy increases alignment and mobility, restores balance, and reduces tension and discomfort allowing clients to relax, perform and recover better.
We are recruiting for both full- and part-time massage therapists for location in Austin, TX.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the health and wellness industry
  • Certified Massage Therapist with an emphasis in sport message and stretch  
  • Ability to learn and follow MYO STRETCH protocols
  • Strong command of human anatomy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Approachable, good listener, and empathetic
  • Familiar with technology
  • Flexible to work day, evenings, and/or weekend hours as needed
  • Experience in retail and customer service
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver first class customer service at all times
  • Understand who our guests are and what brought them to MYO STRETCH
  • Engage and converse with guests promptly to make them feel welcomed
  • Educate and excited guests by answering any questions
  • Perform 30-60-minute stretch sessions
  • Must follow all MYO STRETCH policies and protocols
  • Create a hospitable atmosphere by delivering an authentic excellent member/guest experience - no matter what situation
  • Ensure an organized and clean studio
  • Reliable, on time attendance
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Work as a cohesive team through assisting the Studio Managers and Coordinators with
studio tours, demos and sales
