Contract Management Specialist III

Job Description
The main functions of this position are the following:
  • Performing Contract monitoring and compliance activities through on-site reviews.
  • Review of financial, programmatic and administrative records of non-profit agencies
  • Technical report writing based on monitoring standards and best practices.
  • Will function as a lead to the monitoring team.
  •  This position will travel within Austin/Travis Co. The candidate selected must be able to provide their own transportation and provide a valid TX driver’s license.
Preferred experience:
  • Experience working independently, with minimal supervision during monitoring and report writing.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
    Knowledge of non-profit management, including fiscal management.
  • Experience performing data mining and analytics
  •          Skill in technical report writing.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to Business Administration, Public Administration, plus four years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience may substitute for education up to the maximum of four (4) years. A Master’s Degree may substitute for required experience up to two (2) years
