Start-up Superstars Entrepreneur Competition is a program focused on stimulating the minds of our high school youth into entrepreneurship! This trailblazing initiative was started three years ago in partnership with your Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Austin Independent School District. For the past three years, students from Title 1 high schools team up with their peers and volunteer-advisors where they learn the appropriate skills necessary that every entrepreneur goes through when pitching their start-up small business. The Chamber believes in cultivating the next wave of entrepreneurs and business owners; it is a way to expose hard-working, talented children by teaching them how to think like a business owner and learn how to be innovated by providing solutions to problems in order to create thriving businesses.
Join us for the fourth annual “Start-Up Superstars” entrepreneur competition.
A grand prize winner (group) will be selected at the finals competition on March 8, 2018, which will be held at the Kleberg Theater, at the Zach Theatre and that grand prize winner will receive an education scholarship donated by the GAHCC Foundation!
